Does it work offline in the workshop?
Yes. ServiceHub is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) which means it continues working even when your workshop internet is slow or disconnected. Jobs can be updated and photos added offline — everything syncs automatically when the connection is restored.
How does the WhatsApp integration actually work?
We connect your WhatsApp Business number via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. When a job status changes in ServiceHub, a webhook triggers automatically and sends a pre-configured message to the customer's number. No manual action needed — it fires in seconds.
Can I customise the WhatsApp message templates?
Yes. During onboarding we set up message templates that match your workshop's tone and branding. You can include the garage name, vehicle details, customer name, and any other relevant info. Templates can also be updated at any time via a quick support request.
How many team members can use it simultaneously?
ServiceHub supports multiple concurrent users with role-based access. Technicians can update job status and add photos. Service advisors can create jobs and communicate with customers. Owners have full dashboard access with revenue and performance visibility. There's no cap on users.
How long does setup take?
