What lead channels does DentalFlow support?
DentalFlow captures leads from WhatsApp (via Business API webhook), email, website contact forms (via embed or integration), and manually entered walk-ins. All four channels flow into one unified dashboard — no manual sorting required.
How do the automated follow-ups work?
Follow-up messages are triggered automatically based on time since last contact or last pipeline stage change. For example: if a patient reaches the "Treatment Proposed" stage and hasn't moved in 3 days, a WhatsApp message fires automatically. All templates are customised for your clinic during onboarding.
Can I see revenue by treatment type?
Yes. The revenue dashboard lets you filter by treatment type (e.g. braces, implants, cleanings), by pipeline stage, and by month. You can see which treatments drive the most revenue, where patients are dropping off, and what the total pipeline value is at any point in time.
Does it replace my current booking tool?
DentalFlow includes its own appointment booking and reminder system, so for many clinics it fully replaces a separate booking tool. If you have an existing system you're happy with, we can discuss integration options during onboarding — but most clients find the built-in booking is sufficient.
Can multiple staff members use it?
Yes. DentalFlow supports role-based access — receptionists can manage leads and bookings, dentists can view patient notes and treatment history, and clinic owners have full revenue dashboard access. There is no limit on the number of users.
How long does setup take?
