PropDesk captures leads from WhatsApp (via Business API), website contact forms, manual entry for portal enquiries (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), phone call logs, and referrals. All sources are tagged on the lead profile so you always know where a buyer came from.
Does the WhatsApp integration use the official API?
Yes. We connect your WhatsApp Business number via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Incoming messages appear inside PropDesk in real time and you can reply directly without leaving the dashboard. Full conversation history is preserved per lead profile.
How does property matching work?
You add your property inventory to PropDesk — each property tagged with location, BHK type, price, and other details. When viewing a lead profile, one click filters your inventory against that buyer's budget, location preference, and type requirement and shows the matching listings instantly.
Can multiple brokers use PropDesk on the same team?
Yes. PropDesk supports team access with leads assigned to individual brokers. Each broker sees their own pipeline and follow-ups, while team managers or owners have a full view across all brokers — including who has overdue follow-ups and where deals are stalling.
Is data secure? Who can access my leads?
All data is stored on Supabase with row-level security — your leads are only accessible to authenticated users of your account. We follow best practices for data encryption, access control, and regular backups. No lead data is shared with or visible to other clients.
